SHIPMENT
The products are made manually, on a small scale and if they are not ready for delivery they require a processing time ranging from 4 to 6 days, this mainly for resin products and the shipment could therefore take place up to a week from the order. .
In any case, orders will always be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 7 days.
In case you will be notified promptly and you can cancel the order if you deem it appropriate.
As soon as the order is shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking code.

WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be applied under the following conditions:
The customer must be a private individual.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact me and notify me by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the goods purchased.
The product will be sent back to me within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by tracked shipment to be paid by the customer, packed in a padded envelope suitable for transport.
The returned product must be in perfect condition, complete with packaging. After receiving it, the product will be inspected and, in the event that the characteristics do not correspond to those mentioned above, the return can be refused and the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller.
Otherwise, in the event that the right of withdrawal has been exercised following the methods and terms indicated, I will refund the value of the product but not the shipping costs.
